About Stacie

I became interested in Kundalini after my second year studying at Barbara Brennan School of Healing Science. I practice and share Traditional Kundalini Tantra yoga because in my personal experience, in addition to awakening innate energies and present awareness, on a practical level, it helps alleviate stress by calming the overthinking mind and fosters deep connection with self, others and the world. 


I studied Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga with yoga master, Mukta, of Mukta Tantra Yoga in Agonda, India. My practice continues to develop through regular professional coaching and energetic guidance from energy coaches, Eastern wisdom and mindfulness meditation teachers.
